The center of world attention is on the outcome of a nuclear plant in Fukushima Japan Daiishi where the risks of radioactive contamination are imminent after the bombings of several reactors, not only in Japanese land, but a much larger issue which has not yet been released by the Nipponese authorities.

Importantly, the project inconsulto the population to put a nuclear plant in Venezuela with Russian technology is the creation of a latent risk to the health of people living on the planet. Moreover high levels of vulnerability to climate are living because of the consequences of climate change make this project a nuclear factor of concern that solution to the country's life.
