The famous Uruguayan writer Eduardo Galeano, has pointed out, among other things, the infamous "wall of shame" that was built by Morocco in Western Sahara, during a lecture delivered on Tuesday, September 7 at the headquarters of the English Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECI) in Madrid.
As part of the conference "Post-global crisis: effects on developing countries and media impact "that the Inter Press Service (IPS) and the AECI develop within the week English Cooperation, the President of the Association of Saharawi women in Spain (AMSE), Zahra Ramdán attended the lecture entitled" Some deadly sins of the world upside down "offered during the closing ceremony of the famous Uruguayan writer.
